A refreshing strawberry yogurt smoothie perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Wash and hull the strawberries, then slice them in half.
- In a blender, combine strawberries, yogurt, milk, and honey (or maple syrup).
- Add ice cubes and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Adjust consistency by adding more milk if needed; blend briefly to mix.
- Taste and adjust sweetness before serving.
- Pour into glasses, garnish with a fresh strawberry or mint leaves, and enjoy immediately!
Notes
- For a thicker smoothie, use less milk.
- Experiment with different types of yogurt for varying flavors.
