Description

Delicious air fryer steak bites seasoned perfectly for a quick and tasty meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound sirloin or ribeye (cut into 1 ½ inch cubes)
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Pat the steak dry with paper towels and transfer to a large bowl.
  2. Add the minced garlic, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the spices all over the steak.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  4. Spread the steak in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air-fry for 4-8 minutes, or until desired doneness. (4 mins=rare, 5 mins=medium-rare, 6 mins=medium, and 8 mins=well done)
  5. Transfer the steak bites to a clean bowl and toss with the melted butter and parsley. Enjoy!
