Description

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar and mozzarella blend)
  • 1/4 cup whole milk or cream
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • Fresh herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the asparagus for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until frothy.
  4. Stir in shredded cheese and pour the mixture over the sautéed asparagus in the skillet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until set and golden on top.
  6. Let cool slightly before slicing into wedges. Serve warm with fresh herbs if desired.
