Description
Delicious buffalo chicken pinwheels made with tender chicken, creamy cheese, and spicy buffalo sauce, all wrapped in flour tortillas.

- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- Cooking oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through. Allow to cool.
- In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and buffalo sauce until smooth.
- Shred cooled chicken and fold into the cheese mixture along with chopped green onions.
- Spread filling evenly over each tortilla, leaving an inch around the edges. Roll tightly and slice into pinwheels.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry pinwheels in batches for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some chopped celery or carrots to the filling.
- Serve with additional buffalo sauce for dipping.
