Description

A creamy and cheesy chicken casserole that is easy to make and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10 oz)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 1 sleeve buttery round crackers, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the crushed buttery crackers over the top, then add the remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until hot, bubbling, and golden brown on top.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving warm.
