Description

A delicious creamy garlic chicken pasta made in a crockpot.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients on your counter for convenience.
  2. Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot and pour in enough chicken broth to cover halfway.
  3. Add minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over the chicken; stir gently.
  4. Slowly pour in heavy cream over the seasoned chicken.
  5. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
  6. About 20-30 minutes before serving, stir in pasta and cook until tender.
  7. Sprinkle freshly grated parmesan cheese just before serving; stir until melted.
