Description
A delicious creamy garlic chicken pasta made in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 3–4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- to taste Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients on your counter for convenience.
- Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot and pour in enough chicken broth to cover halfway.
- Add minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over the chicken; stir gently.
- Slowly pour in heavy cream over the seasoned chicken.
- Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
- About 20-30 minutes before serving, stir in pasta and cook until tender.
- Sprinkle freshly grated parmesan cheese just before serving; stir until melted.
