- 2 pounds chicken breast
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 8 flour tortillas
Instructions
- Place chicken breast in the crockpot.
- Add salsa, black beans, corn, and taco seasoning.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks.
- Add shredded cheese and stir until melted.
- Serve in tortillas.
Notes
- For spicier tacos, use a spicy salsa.
- Can substitute chicken with turkey or pork, adjust cooking time accordingly.
