Description

Delicious cookies made with Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and mini chocolate chips for a healthy treat.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup oat flour (or almond flour)
  • 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  2. Add the oat flour and mix until the dough thickens and resembles soft cookie dough.
  3. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
