Ingredients

- 2 cups cauliflower florets

Instructions
- Wash the broccoli and cauliflower, then cut them into bite-sized florets.
- Mince the garlic.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
- Add the broccoli and cauliflower; stir-fry for about 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute without burning it.
- Drizzle in the soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar; toss everything together until well coated.
- Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.

- For extra flavor, consider adding sesame seeds as a garnish.
