Delicious and easy-to-make yogurt parfaits layered with graham cracker crust and fresh berries.
Ingredients

- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (thick/strained)
- 4 oz light cream cheese (softened)
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh mixed berries
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted coconut oil until it feels like wet sand.
- Press 2 tablespoons of the mixture into the bottom of 4 small mason jars.
- In a separate bowl, beat the Greek yogurt, cream cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Divide the filling evenly between the jars on top of the crust.
- Seal the jars and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Top with fresh berries right before serving and enjoy!
Notes
- For a vegan option, substitute the cream cheese with a plant-based alternative.
- Can be prepared a day ahead for convenience.
