Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt until combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Combine the wet and dry ingredients gently.
