Description

This spaghetti pie is a delicious twist on classic spaghetti. It’s easy to make and perfect for feeding a crowd!


Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat, then stir in marinara sauce until heated through.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti with eggs, half of the mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Layer half of the spaghetti mixture in the prepared dish followed by meat sauce; top with remaining spaghetti mixture.
  6. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese on top and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
