- 1 tsp baking soda

- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, espresso powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Mix melted butter and sugar in a bowl before adding eggs and mashed bananas; combine until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture; fold until just combined.
- Gently stir in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

- For extra moisture, use overripe bananas.
