- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes for heat
Instructions
- If using frozen shrimp, thaw completely.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter until it begins to bubble.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about one minute until fragrant.
- Toss in the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about two minutes per side until they turn pink and opaque.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp, stir well, and let simmer for another minute.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving hot.
