- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into half-moons
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Rub the steak with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Slice the zucchinis.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high (400°F or 200°C).
- Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare; drizzle with lemon juice.
