Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a heart-shaped cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sugar.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs until frothy. Add milk, oil, and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Gradually combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth; avoid over-mixing.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool for 10 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack. Decorate as desired.
