- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in the ranch dressing mix and half of the shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Fold in the chopped green onions for added flavor and crunch.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving with your favorite chips or fresh veggies.
