- 2 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, peas)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- ¼ cup chopped fresh herbs (green onions or cilantro)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly coat a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In the baking dish, combine frozen dumplings and mixed vegetables. Drizzle with vegetable broth.
- Sprinkle soy sauce and garlic powder over the mixture; stir gently to combine.
- Top with shredded cheese evenly across the dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving; garnish with fresh herbs.

- This dish can be made with either chicken or vegetable dumplings.
- Feel free to customize the mixed vegetables to your liking.
