Ingredients

- 4 slices sourdough or Texas toast
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for grilling)
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients on a clean countertop and preheat your skillet over medium heat.
- Spread pizza sauce on one side of each slice of bread. Layer mozzarella, cheddar, and mini pepperoni, then sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Top with another slice of bread.
- Add olive oil to the hot skillet. Place sandwiches in the skillet and cook until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes). Carefully flip and grill until both sides are crispy and cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese while hot. Cut into triangles and serve immediately with additional pizza sauce for dipping.
