Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank or sirloin steak strips
  • 1 cup long-grain rice
  • 1 cup queso cheese sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped (red, yellow, green)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
