A delicious and easy garlic butter shrimp recipe perfect for weeknights.

- 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 4–5 cloves garlic (minced)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by mincing the garlic, chopping the parsley, and squeezing the lemon juice.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt olive oil with half of the butter until bubbling.
- Add minced garlic, stirring constantly for about one minute until fragrant.
- Toss in the shrimp, seasoning lightly with salt and pepper; cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
- Reduce heat to low, stir in remaining butter and lemon juice; toss to combine.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve immediately over pasta or rice.
