Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup salsa (your choice)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup jalapeños, chopped (fresh or pickled)
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Stir in salsa and half of the shredded cheddar cheese; add jalapeños to taste.
  4. Spread the mixture in a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
