Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two heart-shaped cake pans.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and baking powder.
- In another bowl, mix almond milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually combine wet and dry ingredients while stirring gently until just mixed.
- Pour batter into prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cakes cool in pans for 10 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
