Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two heart-shaped cake pans.

  3. In another bowl, mix almond milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gradually combine wet and dry ingredients while stirring gently until just mixed.
  5. Pour batter into prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cakes cool in pans for 10 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
