- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup whole milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
- In a mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy (3-4 minutes).
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, alternating with milk, starting and ending with dry ingredients.
- Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For best results, measure flour correctly by spooning it into the measuring cup and leveling it off.
- Feel free to add chocolate chips or nuts for extra flavor.
