Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (400°F/200°C).

  3. Coat each lamb chop evenly with the marinade; let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  4. Grill the lamb chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F for medium-rare.
  5. Allow the chops to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
