Description

A delicious and simple vegetable rice dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse the rice under cold water.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  4. Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
  5. Stir in the rice and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Add vegetable broth, salt, and pepper.
