- 1/2 cup creamy natural peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare your workspace by gathering all ingredients and tools.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and peanut butter until well blended.
- Add honey, chocolate chips, and chia seeds (if using), mixing until combined.
- Stir in vanilla extract for additional flavor.
- Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
- Place the energy bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
