Deliciously grilled scallops with a touch of lemon and garlic.
Ingredients

- 1 lb fresh scallops
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your Blackstone grill over medium-high heat.
- Rinse scallops under cold water and pat dry thoroughly with paper towels.
- In a bowl, toss scallops with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place seasoned scallops on the hot grill in a single layer and cook undisturbed for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip scallops, squeeze fresh lemon juice over them, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until just cooked through.
- Add small pats of butter on top of each scallop before removing from heat.
- Serve immediately while warm.
Notes
- Ensure scallops are dry before grilling for better searing.
- Adjust garlic and lemon to taste based on preference.
