Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecans finely chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, crushed pineapple, shredded cheddar cheese, sliced green onions, and garlic powder. Mix until fully combined and smooth.
  2. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for 1 hour to firm up.
  3. Transfer the chilled mixture onto plastic wrap and shape into one large ball.
  4. Spread the chopped pecans on a plate and roll the cheese ball over the pecans, pressing gently so they fully coat the surface.
