Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick mix
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1½ cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat a griddle or skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a large bowl, mix Bisquick, pumpkin puree, milk, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and the egg until smooth.
  3. Pour ¼ cup of the batter onto the griddle for each pancake.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side or until bubbles form on the surface. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
