Delicious and festive Easter Chocolate Bark topped with robin egg candy and sprinkles.

- 2 lbs baby blue melting chocolate
- 1 ½ cups robin egg candy
- ¼ cup Easter sprinkles
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2–3 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Melt the Chocolate
Place the baby blue melting chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler. Melt gently, stirring often, until smooth and glossy. - Spread the Chocolate
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the melted chocolate onto the sheet and spread evenly into a rectangle using a spatula. - Add Toppings
While the chocolate is still soft, sprinkle robin egg candy and Easter sprinkles evenly over the surface. Press gently so toppings adhere. - Chill the Bark
Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and chill for about 10 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm. - Make the Speckle Mixture
In a small bowl, mix cocoa powder with water until it reaches a thin, paint-like consistency. - Speckle the Bark
Using a basting brush, lightly flick the cocoa mixture over the chilled chocolate to create a robin egg speckled effect. - Break and Serve
Allow the cocoa speckles to dry. Break the bark into irregular pieces and enjoy.
