Description

A refreshing dessert made with fresh strawberries and cream.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix sliced strawberries with a little sugar and set aside.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract into the whipped cream.
  4. Gently fold in the strawberries.
  5. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  6. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  7. Slice and serve directly from the freezer.
