Delicious mini pepperoni muffins perfect for snacking!
Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 72 mini pepperoni slices (about 3 per chip)
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
- Add 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella into each muffin cup and flatten slightly.
- Top with 3-4 mini pepperoni slices.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and optional red pepper flakes.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until bubbly and golden around the edges.
- Let cool in the pan for 3–5 minutes before removing.
- Serve warm or store for later snacking.
