Description

Delicious mini pepperoni muffins perfect for snacking!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 72 mini pepperoni slices (about 3 per chip)
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella into each muffin cup and flatten slightly.
  3. Top with 3-4 mini pepperoni slices.
  4. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and optional red pepper flakes.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes until bubbly and golden around the edges.
  6. Let cool in the pan for 3–5 minutes before removing.
  7. Serve warm or store for later snacking.
