Ingredients

  • 1 lb large fresh strawberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Tiny dark chocolate pearls
  • Small red candy pieces or red sprinkles
  • Optional powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Strawberries: Wash and dry strawberries completely. Slice a thin piece from the bottom so they stand upright. Cut off the pointed tops and reserve.
  2. Hollow the Strawberries: Carefully remove the center using a small knife or spoon. Leave sturdy walls.
  3. Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until fluffy.
  4. Fill the Strawberries: Transfer filling to a piping bag. Pipe generously into each strawberry.
  5. Decorate: Place strawberry tops on filling. Add chocolate pearls for eyes and red sprinkles for noses.
  6. Chill: Chill 15–20 minutes before serving.
