- 1 lb large fresh strawberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Tiny dark chocolate pearls
- Small red candy pieces or red sprinkles
- Optional powdered sugar
Instructions
- Prepare the Strawberries: Wash and dry strawberries completely. Slice a thin piece from the bottom so they stand upright. Cut off the pointed tops and reserve.
- Hollow the Strawberries: Carefully remove the center using a small knife or spoon. Leave sturdy walls.
- Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until fluffy.
- Fill the Strawberries: Transfer filling to a piping bag. Pipe generously into each strawberry.
- Decorate: Place strawberry tops on filling. Add chocolate pearls for eyes and red sprinkles for noses.
- Chill: Chill 15–20 minutes before serving.
