- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- Zest of 1 lemon

- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Boil salted water in a large pot.
- Add the cheese tortellini and cook according to package instructions until al dente (about 3-5 minutes).
- In the last minute of cooking, add the fresh broccoli florets.
- Meanwhile, heat heavy cream, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a separate pan over medium heat until warmed through.
- Drain the tortellini and broccoli, then combine them in the pan with the sauce, tossing until well-coated.
- Stir in freshly grated Parmesan cheese along with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately while hot.
