  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together lime juice, orange juice, minced garlic, cilantro, oregano, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Add chicken legs to the marinade and coat evenly. Marinate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for deeper flavor).
  3. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) or grill over medium-high heat.
  4. Arrange marinated chicken legs on a baking sheet or grill rack. Bake for 40-45 minutes or grill until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), turning occasionally.
